We have great memories of Jim at the Williams' neighborhood Christmas party, Toff's wrestling meets and school functions. He was the kind and loving patriarch of a wonderful family and he will be sorely missed. Our thoughts are with the Williams family. Lee and Lynn

Chris and all the family, you're in our prayers and thoughts. Jim was my big brother. He led the way for my younger brother, Randy, and I growing up in Coos Bay and later here in Portland. As youngsters we learned how to get kicked out of the swimming pool by splashing the lifeguards, how to throw water balloons at the twin sisters down the hill and how to throw jars filled with baking soda and vinegar (they explode). We spent many hours in his bedroom listening to the Portland Beavers...

I'm so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. He was a very kind and delightful person to work with, asked all the right questions, very respectful and just did all the right things throughout his treatment. It was an honor to be involved in his care and to see how much he and his family supported one another. I wish Chris and his children well.

Chris and family
The news is ripping thru the Class of 1961 and I think I can speak for all of us. Please accept our deepest sympathies for Jim's untimely passing. Some new him longer than I, but we all loved him and enjoyed his friendship.
So glad Dave and I got to visit with you both and the kids at the OSU Foundation event and the class reunion.
Buck and Ruby's kids were pretty special to my Dad, also.

It's been my honor and pleasure to have known and worked with Jim, Chris & family over the past three decades. I have so many wonderful memories planning and hearing about all of the adventures the Williams' family embarked upon. Jim is my only client, who actually had the nerve to raft down the great Zambezi River from the bottom of Victoria Falls. When he heard my story, he was game to try it out. Look it up, it is no small task, one of the wildest rivers on the planet. My earliest...
