I met Jim in 1977 when he walked into my office to settle down an angry customer. We worked together in one way or another until Jim retired. He never changed the entire time. He was old school the first day up until the day he retired. It was my honor to work with and know Jim as my friend. I will never forget my time with him. God bless you Jim.

Jim and I worked together for many years at NVR and became friends as a result. We played many rounds of golf together and shared many meals and a few drinks together . He was a great influence on my life in a most positive way and I was proud to call him my friend . He was a family man who took great pride in his sons and grandchildren. Im going to miss him deeply and will think of him often. A true gentleman, May God bless him and keep him .
