Our family is so sorry to learn of Jim's passing. It was a pleasure to be his neighbor the past 14 yrs. We have so many memories, from in the early days of waving to Pat on the porch and chatting with Jim while waiting for the morning bus. Jim sharing his bounty of hostas that grew exceptionally for us! And just being an all around great guy and neighbor! He will be missed.
