To the Winn Family,

On behalf of the Charleston Base SUBVETS and Swamp Fox Chapter SUBVETS WWII, I offer you our sincere condolences on Jim's passing. We grieve with you on the loss of your loved one and all SUBVETS and their families have your family in our thoughts and prayers. There is no expiration date on the back of our dolphins and Jim will always be remembered as a “Brother of the Phin”, a member of our Greatest Generation, and a great Patriot.

Barb, we are so sorry about reading of ""Gentleman Jim"s"". You and he were the perfect neighbors for several years when we lived across the street from you. He always wanted the perfect yard, which he know has. Rest well ole neighbor.

A True Gentleman, Perfect description. I have such fond memories of visits at the Heath family gatherings and seeing him at the VA hospital in Topeka on occasion. Sending prayers,love and hugs to Barbara and the family.
