Remembering all our long distance phone calls, and looking forward to your visits to Hazlehurst in the summer. Sitting on my front porch and laughing. Gone too young. RIP

I met Jim at Mt. Brook Jr High through my friend Joy Dixon and we used to hang out with him and his friends. I haven't seen him since the old days in high school but it sounds as though he didn't change one bit. I remember him as a kind spirited and fun loving guy. I am so very sorry to hear the sad news and want to extend my deepest sympathy to Jim's extended family and all his special friends.

My faithful friend - You will be missed greatly. I will always remember our trips and good times. Love ya! Sibyl Myers

Whenever I spoke to Jim on the telephone, whether it had been a week or a year since our last conversation, he sounded happy, ethusiastic and energized to hear from me. With a lively, "Hey, Chip...", we just picked up from where we had left off. We met in 1995 in Boston when we cycled from Boston to New York for the AIDS Ride fundraiser and were fast friends. He subsequently introduced me to Pensacola Beach at over several Memorial Day weekends. I will always treasure those very special...

Jim always had a smile on his face and a kind word for everyone he was around. We will all miss him!
