James R. Wise, 77, of Syracuse departed this life December 7, 2025. He was predeceased by his wife, Janice Reynolds. He is survived by his son, Arthur Robinson III. Graveside services will held at St. Mary's Cemetery, Dewitt, NY. Garland Bros. Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
