WOOLSON - James David September 8, 1942-February 16, 2016, of the City of Tonawanda and Allegany Mountain Resort at Rainbow Lake, beloved husband of 52 years and best friend of Carol (Feist) Woolson; loving father of Brian (Amy), Robin and Nancy Woolson; Mr. Jim to Melanie and Megan and Pa to his best buddy Tiger. Born in Ransomville to the late Donald and Gladys (Schultz) Woolson, he is the brother of Robert (late Pat), Marjorie Smith, Edna (late John) Rider, Glenn (Shirley) and the late Carl Woolson; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call Monday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Lester H. Wedekindt, Inc. Funeral Home, 3290 Delaware Ave., where Funeral Services will be held Tuesday at 11 AM. Pastor Robert Hoffman officiating. Interment in Elmlawn Memorial Park. Mr. Woolson was a Boy Scout Master of Troop No. 212. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Pet Emergency Fund, c/o Grand Island Small Animal Hospital, or the SPCA would be appreciated.
