To THE ZADROGA FAMILY,

Your loved one, James is & always will be considered a good man. He & I were sworn into the police academy 14yrs. ago today. Although we didn't see much of each other after we spent 6mos. as a team together in the same company, when we did see one another it seemed like yesterday. He was/is a professional man, a good man you all raised well. He will definitly be missed. God bless you all.
