Jim was the light in my sisters eyes, the rock of his family, a positive role model for my son and someone you just knew would have a good tall tale to make you laugh. His ability to stay above the negative influencers and stand strong will never go away. His legacy will live on in all the lives he touched. Amy

Bobby & Kim,
When we (Jay and I) went through the line at the wake both of you were outside and we didn't get to talk to you. I wanted you both to know how deeply sorry I am for the loss of your wonderful brother. As you know, he and I were the Godparents for my nephew, Tim. Jim played a HUGE role in Tim's life and he is the man he is today because of the love he received from Jim. The world has lost a TRUE HERO... He will forever be missed by our family.

Keeping you in our prayers, was great seeing Jim at our 25th reunion, he had a way of brightening the room, always a smile, hug or a fun word for everyone. A terrible loss. He will be thought of with great affection for his big heart and selfless contributions to everyone. God bless you all but know he is at home with God.

Dear Laurie,
I've been out of town this week, and I was shocked and so saddened to hear about Jim. I hadn't met him but had heard over the years about the wonderful relationship the two of you have. You have been in my thoughts every day since I was informed of the accident. Please let us know at the hospital if there is anything at all we can do for you or your family.
With warm regards,
Connie Orcutt

Laurie,
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Jimmy was such a sweet, kind and wonderful man. He always had a smile and kind words for me everytime when I would see him at your old gym (World Gym). It's so very sad that he was taken from us much too early.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
