Will see you in Heaven.

I will miss your beautiful smile, contagious laugh, and warm heart. I will always remember the fun we had at the Bob Seger concert. Rest in Peace Jamie ~Turn the Page~

Jamie you will always live in my heart Iwas the first to hold you and even the one to name you, will love you for ever Your Aunt Nancy Houghton

Your family is in our thoughts, we were so sorry to hear about this. Alzheimer's is such a cruel disease, my Mother and sister both passed away with Alzheimer's. Always cherish the sweet memories.

Jeff, Jenna, and James, you have my deepest sympathy during this time of sadness.
