I have so many good memories of Jamie, Sue and their lovely daughters from the many years my father worked with Jamie at Raymond. From a couple of combined Thanksgivings, to company do’s, to sharing the same ‘Here Comes Weezie’ book with my son that I also enjoyed as a child. But my personal favorite was the sight of Jamie sauntering across the sand, with said Jack Daniels in hand if it was evening, for an impromptu visit at our family beach house down the way from the Kerr’s in Sea Isle....

Always one of the Greatest Generation and a strong, good man. We didn't agree on politics, but I always revered Mr Kerr as an astute, knowledgeable family friend. His wife Sue Felt Kerr was my true hero though, an artist and writer and fabulous mother who was powerful enough to endure those many moves around the country. Great sense of humor, too!
But God Bless Jamie as well, and I am forever grateful of how he helped us search for our tiny black kitten ,lost in the sand dunes we shared...
