KUCHARCZAK - Jamie J. December 10, 2011, beloved companion of the late John P. Keith, Jr.; loving mother of Jacob Paul Keith and stepmother of Heather, John P. III, and Brandon; devoted daughter of Paul and the late Alicia Kucharczak; dearest sister of Lea (Nicholas) Metros, Michael Kucharczak, Windy (Henry) Kowalski and Virginia Weatherby; cherished granddaughter of Clara Kucharczak; also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Family and friends are invited to gather Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem) where a funeral service will follow at 8 PM. Flowers gratefully declined.
Oh Jamie, I miss you like crazy. Your laugh alone still echoes in my heart. I'm greatful I had you for those few short years. I'll see you again my angel, just not yet. Always in my heart and thoughts.
