Though I was not related to Jamil Karam, I feel like he was a sibling to me and my family, as I feel with his whole family. He and they are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Jamil was my dearest friend for over 23 years. He will be greatly missed. He was always there as a friend, to not only me, but to all that he could help. He supported me through all of the years as a good listener and of course we loved to go out and eat, one of his favorite things to do. He remained positive even though these past years have been difficult with his health issues. He spoke about his family, children, and grandchildren in almost every conversation we would have.
