Jazzy I was incarcerated when you and your brother joe passed I always looked at you and joe as my family cant believe that you are both gone I'll see you both again nobody can take the memories from me tell my grandfather and grandmother dilts I said I miss them

To the Palmer family, my deepest sympathy to you all. I will hold the many memories I have close to my heart always thank you Jamir for that first kiss. Till we meet again, rest in peace.

When my wife and I first moved up to P-Burg, you were one of the first people we talked to. You always made sure to see how we were doing and ALWAYS asked about the boys. We may have lost touch through the years but every time we saw you, it was like we never missed a beat. You'll always be in my thoughts and memories. Best wishes to the entire Palmer family through this devistatingly hard time.
