Not sure what to say?

I remember Jan from Ballet Met in 1981. I didn't know her well, but I always remembered talking to her and seeing her dance. Sounds like she accomplished a lot outside of the dance world. Fond memories....and condolences.

Jan I hold you in my heart with gratitude and love. Your RFTS runs strong & successful for our NET Community!

I only met Jan once-last November at Run for the Stripes, after being in touch about the event, having just lost my uncle to neuroendocrine cancer. I found out today that she passed away and find myself crying writing this as she made such an impact on my life in such a short time. I will now be running/volunteering for my uncle AND Jan each November at a wonderful event with the wonderful organization that she founded. All my love to her family and friends. I wish I had the chance to get...

Wonderful obituary for a special lady. What I will always remember the most about Jan was her wicked smart sense of humor. She was a joy to hang around with. John

Heidi Dupler, my sister and close friend to Jan, introduced me to Jan- I think when she moved to Bethesda- she has always been friendly, energetic, bright and inspirational- her expertise in so many areas is so impressive- too, her love of family, friends and life was front & center. - I'm sorry Jan lost her battle- her fight was amazing and hope the documentation of her path will help others. My thoughts are with her family.

It was truly a pleasure to know Jan. She will always be a beautiful source of inspiration in the eyes of many.

Kathy and I are deeply saddened by Jan's passing. She was such a tremendous fighter and day by day, month by month, year by year she beat back the disease. We will celebrate her life along with all family and friends. John, I will be calling you in the not too distant future. Peace and Love. Jim and Kathy Weidman

God bless her. She fought the good fight. I am so very sorry John and Jan.
