Not sure what to say?

Mr. Langford came across my mind just now and I wondered where he was and what he was doing now. I enjoyed my classes with Mr. Langford like no other at the old SBC campus between 1985 and 1989. I am almost moved to tears to hear of his passing. As an older student, I had many wonderful moments plumbing the depths of Mr. Langford´s profound knowledge of theology as well as his sublime humor. His passing gives me one more reason to look forward to heaven. May God´s blessings and peace be with...

Br. Langford was my church history prof. at SBC In 1971. A great teacher. May you rest in peace and rise in glory!

I had the pleasure of taking Church history from Professor Jan in the mid-70´s. Looking forward to catching up with him in heaven! God bless his memory and his family.

Jan Langford was my Church History professor at Southeastern. He had a gift for teaching, and has been my gold standard for teaching critical thinking skills. I'll never forget him.

Kathy and family, We are very sorry for your loss but know that Jan is with our heavenly Father. We pray He comforts you during this time of grief.

Jan was perhaps the best Bible teacher at Wonder Book Camp during the 10 years I was there. He was and is greatly missed.

Since my own sweet Mother's passing I have come to realize much more clearly that the reality of Heaven is just as much a matter of our basic Christian faith as our belief in the existence of God and Christ.

If we say we believe in Christ, we must believe that what He has told us is true about life after death in Heaven for all true believers.

We are thinking of you and praying for you during this time. So sorry for your loss.
