Not sure what to say?

Dear Jan,
n loving memory we think of you and hope that you will rest in peace. We are sorry we didn't get to say goodbye to you we did not know until today. I will miss our many lunches together.
Steve S.

I'm sorry to hear about Jan's passing. I hadn't seen Jan in about 15 years, but we kept in touch via Christmas cards. I will miss her generous spirit. I know she is in a better place surrounded by peace and love.

I had no idea Jan passed away. I had lunch with her in February. Although she mentioned some health issues, nothing seemed serious and she was in great spirits and, as always, sharp as a tack. Jan was my first boss in the ad agency business in 1966 and my mentor for many years. She helped me win my first major client when I opened my own agency in 1979. She and the late, great Len Brodsky and I were an unholy alliance for years at the old Garfield-Linn ad agency and spent untold hours...

I grew to admire you greatly over the years, Jan, for your stubborn independence mixed so well with your generosity to family. I thought that you'd be around for many more years, but even a spirit as strong as yours had vulnerabilities. We'll miss you.

Thinking of you and miss you.

Sorry for your loss. May the God of comfort help you doing this difficult time. Psalms 83 : 18.

The GREATEST FRIEND EVER, we couldn't afford to lose her.

We shall miss you, Jan! We will miss your vibrant personality, your individuality and passion, your way with words, your appreciation of words, your zest for life, your dedication to family and friends, your "bubbly," your stylish black, your humility and the light you brought into a room!
Our lives are richer for having you in them.
