Jan McKee, 46, beloved mother and sister, entered rest Monday, July 4, 2011. Funeral: 11 a.m. Friday at historic Baker Funeral Home. Interment: Cedar Hill. Visitation: 1 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Jan was born March 11, 1965. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Alice McKee, and brother, Arthur McKee. Survivors: Children, Christian Walker, Seth McKee (Christal), Mary Tyler-McKee and Hayle McKee; father, Jimmy McKee Sr.; grandchildren, Melody Glenn and Anthonee Hill-McKee; siblings, Yolanda Montgomery, Ernest McKee (Marcie), Tina Hudson (Dennis), Rene' Smith, Johnnie McKee, Jimmy McKee Jr., Kathy McKee and Kristina McKee; and a host of other relatives and friends.

mama I miss you sooo much... You made my 20 years the most incredible ones... I think about you every day... I could sit here and write all day but there are no words to express how I feel... But I can say that I love you so much and I am happy that you are In a better place... Remember when hayle?? In the bathroom??? Lol now that was funny... See you still got me rollin!!!!

To the family of Jan McKee,my prayers are with you in this time of sorrow. God makes no mistakes,and He will heal your broken hearts. I meet Jan while I was working for Mits, I use to pick up her mother Mary. I just learned to night that Jan and I were cousin. She will be missed ,be encouraged.
