Not sure what to say?

I was saddened to hear the news of his passing. I had the pleasure of working for Dr Moeller as his office manager from 1983 till he retired in 1995. His daughter Erica interviewed me for the position and Dr Moeller and I met for the first time on my first day of work. She thought we would get along great, and she was correct. It was such a pleasure to work for Dr Moeller all those years. He was brilliant, soft spoken, gentle, kind, caring, funny and never too busy to answer questions. His...

One of my earliest memories is of Dr. Moeller. Although I was born with severe metatarsal deformity, thanks to his excellent skill and dedication I have walked limp free for 55 years. He gave me the ability to live a full and productive life for which I will be forever grateful!

I first met Dr. Moeller in 1960 while in Boy Scouts, Troop 72, Coolidge Elementary School, Flint, Michigan. His son Al participated in the scout troop and Dr Moeller was such a big supporter of our scout activities. In later life Dr Moeller assessed and treated my twin new born son´s leg bone birth defect. Our son Kenneth is 50 years old, married with 3 children and 5 grandchildren. Dr Moeller´s care early in his life made all the difference in the world to Kenneth growing into a fine man...

There aren’t enough superlatives in the English language to do justice to what an all-around remarkable human being and surgeon was Jan Moeller, and a man of many interests and talents.

In the modern day of sub-specialization, Jan was among the last of the throw-back orthopaedic surgeons in Austin who could do absolutely everything surgically. He might start his day in the OR with a spine case---a lumbar laminectomy, perhaps---followed by a total hip and then close the afternoon...

I am very sorry to hear of the passing of Dr. Moeller. He was a wonderful man. While playing basketball, I suffered a very bad knee injury. There was only one person to call and that was Dr. Moeller. He was so nice and he did a great job for me. I will keep Dr. Moeller and the Family in my prayers. May God Bless Dr. Moeller and the Family.
