Though I did not know Jan, I had the pleasure of being his neighbor. I find out more and more about Mr. Mudica each day, through friends and neighbors. I find it appropriate that most phones autocorrect his last name to music, how fitting. Rest in peace.

We enjoyed Jan's talented playing of the Soprano Sax with the "Chefs of Dixieland" Dixieland Jazz Band, at the Sodbuster in Sylvania, Ohio, on many Wednesday nights & playing the keyboard with the "French Quarter" Dixieland Jazz band of Jackson, Michigan, as well as various other festivals & venues around Ohio & Michigan through the years.
