Not sure what to say?

My Daughters were just watching an old Spring episode of Martha Stewart Living, and we saw Jan, and looked him up to learn more about this sweet man, only to learn what a Truly Fabulous Person he was! What a dynamic individual, with such an interesting life ! It was soo nice to learn about him, and his life. We also made a small donation to The Little Guild, in his name, as a small remembrance to this lovely man. What a Life, well-Lived. God Bless.

Dear Jamie,
My thoughs and prays are with you and your family with the loss of your dad.

To all members of Jan's family, Although I did not return every year to the bulb company I became a friend of Jan. I remember when Jan would come into the back everyone would be on their toes. Jan may have been somewhat intimadating to some of his employees but not me. I would take the time to hug him, tell him a joke or two and I do not know if he knew exactly how to respond. I could always get a laugh out of him. He was a great guy to work for and I am sure he will be missed.May he rest in...

My mother and I send the entire Ohms family our thoughts and prayers on the death of Mr. Ohms. My father and Jan were great friends and business associates for many years. Horticulture was their common bond and together they made our world a more beautiful place. I have fond memories of spending time with you all on Fox Ridge Road, and now I live not far from there! Your Dad's memory will live on in my gardens filed with the narcissus, daffodils, allium and lilies from your catalogs. My Dad was...

Mr. Ohms lives on for me with the thousands of daffodils in the field and the fabulous lily garden at my house on Block Island. It is always
a pleasure doing business with his firm. He will be missed.

Dear Ohms Family, We send our love and support during this time. Alan and I have a special place in our hearts for Jan and your whole family as you have all meant so much to us for so many years. We are sorry for your loss. Janet Marlow and Alan Brennan

Dear, dear Jamie,

My thoughts are heartfelt, extended to you and Ryan, your sisters, your mom and your extended family upon the loss of your dad.

Six-plus years down the road, I'll tell you that it never quite goes away... I still dream of (and sometimes fully expect) my dad to blow through my front door with a cheerful "howdy, bub!" and a quick kiss and a willingness to help me with whatever challenge I find at hand, whether in the mechanics of maintaining a viable...
