To Jan's family: I am so sorry about her passing. I met Jan through Denny many years ago. The Picketts lived down the street from us and were like family. My peace comes from knowing she, Denny and Ty are all together in heaven.

Our deepest condolences on her passing. She was a born caregiving spirit. A laugh, a smile, a word of encouragement all dispensed with love and a stern voice if needed. Thank you Jan for sharing your journey with us. We are all the better for it. Love and prayers to those you leave behind who knew and loved you Jan, now you can R. I. P. .

I knew Jan and her family through the Order of the Rainbow for Girls and through our parents´ involvement in Masons and Eastern Star. She was a great person and I am glad that I knew her while she lived in Midland. My condolences to her family.
