Not sure what to say?

I haven't seen my friend in so many years, but so many memories are fresh in my mind. We would each have to spend hours at the beauty shop when we had our hair done. So, to make it more fun, we would go with each other (sort of a "hair" support group). I remember the time I went home with her to her mom's. we rode around in the boat looking at the "little guy fishing" (only Jan would know what I'm talking about)! I remember her coming to my mom's for Thanksgiving and it snowed (in Austin)!...

Jan was a very outgoing, warm person whose service to the Junior League of Richardson was truly valued. The League has missed Jan since she left to get married and know that she will be greatly missed by her husband, friends and family.

Jan will never be forgotten. She was my dearest friend. She could cry to me and I could do the same to her we always were laughing at the end. And it was usually Jan making me laugh. I will never forgetten so many of "Jan's one-liners" that only sounded funny when Jan made the comment. Such things as "that is most unattractive", GeezLouise", there are too many to count.
