Not sure what to say?

As a long time friend of the Feinberg Family, we were saddened to learn of Jan's death and we know how close her Mother, her Brothers and Michael and Jan's children were to each other. Our sincerest condolences and we will keep each and every member of the family in our prayers. Mark and Fran Lawley

My prayers and thoughts go out to Jan's family. I knew Jan from volunteering on the FBISD Gala Committee several years. Jan always had a smile and was just very easy to work with. Jan will be missed.

I was shocked and saddened to read of Jan's passing. As a AFS returnee, I greatly enjoyed working with Jan and Michael on AFS selection committees years ago. I will always remember Jan's enthusiasm and graciousness. My heartfelt sympathies are extended to Michael, David and Laura. Mary Abshier, AFS Returnee

My love to the entire body of friends and family, with very special prayers for Michael, David, Laura, Stern, Mama Jane, and my dear husband Alan. My thoughts are with you all.

Sharon

Jan will be missed but her energy will inspire us to continue her work!

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life’s routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. I am certain Jan encountered many people in her life who knew what a caring person she was. I did not know Jan personally, but as an educator in Ft. Bend ISD, I knew what a gift she was to our district and most importantly, to the children of Ft. Bend.

It will be hard to imagine a world without Jan Schiff in it. Jan is a perfect example of the way people should live and love. She was a caring mother, a loving wife, a strong civic leader, and a friend to all. We were honored to have worked with her to make our community a better place. She touched so many lives in a positive way. Her legacy of community service will live on for many years. We will miss you dearly, Jan.

I did not know Jan personally, but have read of her wonderful legacy and gift of love for children and education. I am so sorry for your loss. May your family be blessed with comfort and hope in the days ahead, a fellow FBISD teacher

As you grieve know that we are remembering you, your family and honoring Jan’s memory. Jan was selfless in helping her community; she spent her life serving others. We will never forget her. May your heart and soul find peace and comfort.

Prayers and Blessings,
