Jan had a lot of appreciative clients in Western Mass.. Many people who visited my office would remark about the great help they had received on the phone from a person whose name they could not pronounce. One person said he thought it was "Gretsky". Jan and I had a good laugh about that. Jan was a great help to me personally over the years, always going the extra mile. He is greatly missed. My condolences to his family.
