I had the priveledge of working with Jan at Best Buy for six years or so. I was honored to call him my friend as well as a co-worker. Jan had a gentle and honest way with customers that made him one of the best salespersons that we had. My deepest sympathy to Carol and the rest of the Underwood family. Jan will be missed by all.
