I miss you old friend

I too would like to extend my condolences on the passing of Jan Van Beveren. To me he is a 'jeugd held' from my Dutch days and the best soccer goalie I have ever seen. In unbelievable style he would save even the most difficult shots ‘klemvast uit de bovenhoek’.
I pray that all of you may receive grace and strength from the Lord Who is 'The Keeper of Israel’ and Who as Jesus Christ laid down His Life that through Him all might be saved (Psalm 121:5 ; 1 Tim 2:6).

I love you old friend, i treasure the time spent under your guidance and will not soon forget those many lessons you taught me when it was not so easy to teach me anything. I will hold them forever, memory like an elephant

Van harte gecondoleerd.

May your memories of the wonderful times you shared with your loved one comfort you and your family, today and always.

Roger:

I am sorry to read about your Father's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
