Not sure what to say?

Wow I was just asking about you and I was told you passed away you will truly be missed thanks for all you have instilled in me while teaching at CE Williams Middle School !!!! You passed 4 months after I had my first daughter I´m sure you would have loved her just how you loved all of your students. Get your rest!! Love Shanequa Griffin and family

Jan and I taught at C.E. Williams Middle School. She was loved by staff, faculty, and her students. She was always ready to lend a helping hand. Condolences - Eleanor H. Huggins.

Jan was one of my favorite cousins. She was so caring and fun to be with. Though she never had children of her own, she loved her nieces and nephews as if they were hers. And from the comments by her students, she had a powerful impact on the children of her community. What a life well lived.❤

We were classmates at Moultrie High School and I will remember her as a straight ahead, true southern lady. I know she had a strong positive influence on many people she worked with and taught. My condolences to Lyle and her family. She left us too soon

Saddened by this news, Jan baby sat me when I was a little girl. She was a wonderful lady. RIP

Sending prayers to the family. Ms Visor was my English teacher for 2 years at Wando High school, she was a wonderful kind person. We have fond memories of her. God Bless to her family.

Ms. Viser was my 6th grade teacher at C.E. Williams Middle School 30 years ago. She had a tremendously positive impact on my life. She was a teacher who truly cared. My sympathies are with her family.

I taught with Jan for years at C.E. Williams Middle. The community will miss her and her contributions.

Lyle, Annalyle and Viser family,

My condolences to you all in Jan's passing. You may recall Jan and I were neighbors moons ago on Carriage Lane. Jan was a wonderful neighbor and I always enjoyed my conversations with her big heart and good sense of humor. Jan introduced me to Miss Annie, a treasure in her own right.

May the many wonderful memories you have of Jan and share with one another warm your hearts as you heal. Holding you in my prayers....

Bill Morton
