Rest in peace, Uncle Jan. I always enjoyed the fact that when you came to Virginia to visit Kee and Papa, I always seemed to be visiting them at the same time. I'll never forget the way you used to light up a room. We'll all miss you...

So sorry hear your dad passed away. Looks like he left a lasting legacy. Guess I never realized you had four girls in your family, just like ours. Maybe our dads are swapping stories in heaven as I write this. Mary (Pohlman) DeMent, Orlando

I have wonderful memories of Jan. He had a very full life. I think he did a great job with his bucket list.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I was very fortunate on a few occasions to hear Mr. Ziegengeist sing and know how much he enjoyed it.
