Jana was a compassionate, loving young lady. She was respectful and kind not only to adults but to her peers as well. I had the pleasure of teaching her in 7th grade, and her writing never ceased to amaze me. I can only imagine her sitting at Jesus' feet, praising Him with a song she wrote. Your family will continue to be in my prayers as you deal with your loss.Yet, praise be to God, there will one day be a family reunion!

My prayers and thoughts are with you all this day. I had the privilege to watch Jana grow from 1st grade through 5th at Northwood Academy Lower School. I only see a child with a sweet contagious smile. I ask God to carry you in his arms and fill you with peace.
