JaNae Monique Edwards (Age 19) Peacefully entered into eternal rest on Saturday January 22, 2011. Beloved daughter of Theresa Edwards and Douglas Edwards. She is also survived by one grandfather, Leonard B. Rogers, Sr.; three aunts, Linda Campbell (Michael), Connie Rogers-Stanard (Roland)and Deborah Purdie (Kevin); one uncle, Leonard B. Rogers, Jr. (Barbara); cousins, Doria Rogers (Larry), Leonitia and Kecia Campbell, De'Andre Rogers, Shaneka Jones, D'Nia Harper, Larry Jr. and Lamar Starr; Godparents, Aunt TiWanda Esters and Richard Delaney; mentors, Roy Palmer and Keaya Purdie and a host of other relatives and friends. On Wednesday, February 2, 2011, friends may visit with the family on from 10 am until 11 am at Plymouth Congregational United Church of Christ, 5301 North Capitol Street, NE, Washington, DC where services will be held at 11 am.
