Not sure what to say?

I think of Jane often. I have such great memories. She treated me like family. Always there for me. I truly miss our wonderful friendship.

I can add my experience of Jane at Presbytery of the Western Reserve. I was moderator of the Worship Committee. Jane saw that I needed guidance and support in big and little issues, and she provided it unstintingly. She was like a wise, caring mother. She was unswervingly honest too. Later in life she threw me a hurried honest thought about my husband which offended me and which I now see as evidence of her approaching illness. Usually her bluntness worked wonders! When I finished my term as...

Jane was not only a supportive friend but a significant mentor and later staff colleague for me. I will always remember her with love and gratitude.

Jane was one of my mentors while I was co-pastor at Bethany Presbyterian Church in Cleveland, OH; and later a valuable staff colleague while I was General Presbyter of the Presbytery of Western Reserve. While I was in the latter role, there was a particularly tension-filled presbytery meeting, in which I could do little. Jane sat in my car with me afterwards to debrief and support me. Another time she wrote me a note which I posted by my desk about the importance of leaders having a...

My heart goes out to the family. I have so many wonderful memories of Jane. The summer prior to my 8th grade, she was the teacher of my church Bible School. I just remember us walking around Public Square in Cleveland carrying a huge cross and standing next to her. She was also a Synod School teacher leading the Rainbow Connection which was really memorable. Jane was an amazing family friend who had such a warm heart full of love. She will be missed but not forgotten. Eternal be her...

Beloved Jane was an important mentor, role model, and supportive friend early in my vocation as a clergywoman, and later as a staff colleague. Well done, good and faithful servant! Love in the name of the risen Christ.

As Advent advances, I look at my household crèche and see the Mary, Joseph, and baby Jesus she gave to me at Presbytery as I finished my term of moderating the worship committee, to which she was staff. Such a thoughtful gift. They´re a bit too large for my crèche, but I stuck them in anyway, and now they´re a memorial to Jane. Nana Landgraf

Jane was such a beautiful soul and will be missed by many! We have been blessed to have her in our lives. Much love to the Anderson family during this time of loss.

Farewell my good and faithful friend. Until we meet again. My sincere condolences to her family, some I´ve known from birth. I remember the good times. The laughter. The trips. Great memories. All cherished. May she rest in peace and rise in Glory.
