My deepest sympathies to Jane's family and friends. Jane was one of my mother, Peggy McDonald's best friends from high school and they remained close until my mother's passing in May. In spite of her own illness, Jane made sure she came to see our family during visiting hours at the funeral home and her loving presence was a comfort to all of us.
