I was so sorry to hear of Jane's passing. It's been too many years since we'd been in touch, but I have vivid memories of your dating and beautiful wedding. What a wonderful couple you made. We were so sorry to hear of Jane's passing. She was a wonderful person

I can't begin to tell you how I feel of your family losing Jane. I found out too late to attend the funeral and wish I could have been there to help celebrate what a wonderful person Jane was. As you know, Jane, Susan, Pat and I had great times together hanging out. She is already missed. Please accept my heartfelt sympathy.
