I am sorry that I did not know about Jane's passing in time to attend her funeral. Jane deserved all her friends in attendance. I truly loved Jane. At DMNS, she was a mentor and even a mother-figure for me. I was one of the young women that she mentored, as mentioned in this notice. Oftentimes I shared a cocktail with Jane and Horace, and would meet their beloved daughters. I kept in contact with Jane after our DMNS days and was so honored to know her and count her as my friend.
