It was a highlight of my life to have had Jane as a friend. We shared many happy times together. Her husband, Joe, and my husband, Carroll Temple, once shared an office at Southern Research Institute many years ago until Joe assumed a professorship at Auburn University. It was my privilege to have her as a guest at my home in Seaside, FL on many happy occasions. I shall always have a special place in my heart for Jane. Felton Temple, Ft. Mill, SC
