Not sure what to say?

My darling Jane,

Time has passed so quickly...nearly a year now has gone by......my heart breaks more than ever for your absence. I miss you and hope you have peace.

Always, Laura

Jane and I had lunch together back in September and she was looking forward to some changes she was making in her life. She always had a smile and loved teaching and was a blessing to so many. My hearfelt sympathy goes to her family.

I had the pleasure of working with Jane at Brown Mackie College. She was a wonderful person who truly cared about her students, their learning and wanted the best for all she knew. She was a great inspiration to many and she will be deeply missed.

Jane was a lovely person. My deepest condolences to her loved ones.

Jane was a woman full of life and love who spoke of her family with great pride. I only had the honor of knowing her for a short time, but she was one of those people that you just had to like. I thought very highly of her and will miss her. Brown Mackie was lucky to have such a talented instructor on their staff.

This is such a loss. Jane was an aquanitance of mine through a mutual organization - the Inter-College Adult Network. My sympathies to Rachel, who was a student here at Tri-State Fort Wayne.

I was fortunate to have Ms. Hilton teach me in English and Public Speaking at Brown Mackie College, she made the Eglish class so much easier to understand unlike when I was in high school, and she made the public speaking class fun and easy to get through even if you have had any fear of speaking in front of a large number of people. God Bless Ms. Hilton. I will miss you.

For one brief semester, I had the pleasure of working with Jane at West Noble High School. I loved her dry wit. She has gone entirely too soon.

Ms. Hilton was my first sememster Senior English teacher at Heritage. I remember she was going to Ireland at Christmas. I then ran into Jane while she and I were working at Brown Mackie College. She was such a nice lady. She will be missed.
