On Sunday, September 23, 2012 our family suffered a great loss.
Our grandmother passed away. I loved her.
I loved the way she went to the beauty parlor once a week to get her hair done
I loved the way she smelled like pressed powder and perfume.
I loved how you had to run to get in the bathroom first or you would wait a good hour while she put on her face..
It was worth the wait though. She had beautiful soft skin.
I loved the way her finger nails were always well...

Rest in Peace Jane... Give Bob a kiss for me~ and make sure you show those Angels how to dress! Watch over Kimmie and Mia~ they are going to miss you so much!

Wishing you comfort and peace during this difficult time. It was nice spending time with Jane at her Grandaughter, Kim's house last year during birthday gatherings and holidays. Such a sweet woman! It was always nice to hear her share her stories on raising a family, working and shopping! May she rest in peace.

My sincerest sympathies to the entire family. I will always remember taking the trolley into the city with my grandmother and seeing Cousin Jane at one of the department stores where she worked. God Bless!
