Kortum, Jane Ruth (nee Pancoast), passed away, Tuesday, February 17, 2015. Beloved wife of Kenneth J. Kortum. Loving mother of Karen L. (the late Bill) Fraunholtz and Rick S. (Kathy) Kortum. Dear grandmother of Kenneth J. Kortum. Sister of Shirley (the late Bob) Stellern and Marion (the late Jack) Kiely. Sister in law of Joseph R. (Charlene) Kortum. Aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Jane's family would like to thank the staff at West County Care Center especially nurses Ericka, Gale and Angela for their care.

Services: Visitation at the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin, Friday, 4 - 8 p.m. Interment PRIVATE. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Friends may sign the family?s on-line guestbook at Schrader.com.

I worked many years with Jane at the US Courts Library in St. Louis. I enjoyed lots of laughs with her, and I will always have wonderful memories that she shared of her adventures and her family. I am very sorry for your loss. Jane was an amazing person.
