Not sure what to say?

I'm sorry for being so late in getting in touch. Lexington has become almost a distant memory. The Offutt family will always have a special place in my heart for lots of reasons. Jane Allen and I became friends when we took tennis lessons at IHCC. The last time I saw her we were at an estate auction. I knew better than to bid against her! She got what she wanted! I will always remember the Offutt family and the laughter we shared. Im so sorry for your loss. Godspeed, Becky

I apologize for the delay as I have just found out of the passing of Jane. My condolences to the family on the loss of a woman with such a presence in this life. Jane was one of the strongest, no nonsense women I have ever met and I'm so glad to have known her. I hope that these few months have brought peace and comfort as she rests.

Dear Bill and Family, We are sorry to hear of your loss. We will always remember her sense of humor even if it sometimes "waxed and waned". Mike and Linda Allen

Jane Scott, What beautiful words you have written; and what a force! I send you and yours endless love and light... Philips

Our thoughts and Prayers reach out to Jane Allen´s family. She was a larger than life persona, exuded personality and energy, and accomplished more than most. She and Bill brought attractive and Intelligent children into this world. Being at the Offutt house was always fun, and full of Jane Allen touches. We will all miss her.

"What was once enjoyed and deeply loved, we can never lose, for all that we love deeply becomes part of us." - Helen Keller

My deepest sympathies for your loss. Her efforts to protect Elkhorn Creek will be an enduring benefit to Scott County.

So sorry to hear of the passing of a special friend. Jane Allen and I shared many wonderful times in our younger years. I will always cherish our friendship. Blessings to all the family

Jane Scott, She would be very pleased with your words. Thanks for sharing, William
