Jane Robbins age 83, passed away April 29, 2023. She was born January 27, 1940 the daughter of Lewis Locke and Nellie Mae Presley Locke. Jane was a devoted loving wife, mother and grandmother. She raised her children in an atmosphere rich in Christian principles. But most of all, she is remembered for her consistent example to her children and those around her of her love of the Lord. She was preceded in death by husband, James Robbins; son, Michael Robbins; father, Lewis Locke; mother, Nellie Mae Presley Locke; sisters, Thelma Ruth Smith and Onzie Mae Davis; brother, Hollis Locke.
She is survived by sons, Mark Robbins and wife Cindy and Timothy Robbins and wife Stacie, sister, Mary Francis Smith, 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Jane Robbins will be 2PM Wednesday May 3, 2023 at Evans Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5-7PM. Interment will be in Paxton Cemetery.
