Dear Family and Friends of Jane Seraphin,
Everyone who had the good fortune to know Jane knows what a thoughtful, interesting and fun person she was. We were friends with Jane for over 30 years, and during that time, we enjoyed so many good times with her. We met Jane before she retired from the DSS in 1992 and continued our friendship with her for all these years. Dear Family of Jane F. Seraphin, I am so sorry to learn of her passing and so sorry for your loss. She was a lovely, sweet, delightful person. I knew her because her father, Carleton, was a friend of my grandmother, Isabel St. John. Carleton was also a delightful, amiable individual.
