My mother, Anne Wright, lived down the hall from your parents at Fox Hill and Mum was very fond of your mother. She was an attractive woman, and when we were at DCD I used to visit you at your house. What a kind woman your she was. I read about her death in the DCD bulletin and am thinking about you.

Our family did not know Jane, but we have received immense guidance and support through The South County Norfolk Arc. The work of Jane Smith has improved the lives of 3 generations of families and brought hope for the life for our child -- we will long remember with gratitude and admiration Jane Smith and her work to this end.

Aunt Jane was the inspiration I followed when I had my severely handicapped son...her dedication to her calling left a deep imprint on me and gave me courage when I needed it most. Thank you Aunt Jane for your gift of love and grace!
