Our deepest condolences to all of Jane's family. Jane was a very gracious, welcoming and sharing woman and will be missed. We will long remember our times spent with her and her tales of "Churchill" (Mordecai's Mount) and other homes along the Ware and their histories.

Evan and Sandy, my condolences to you and your family.

Jane was a wonderful woman who cared about people and animals, deeply. It is my pleasure to have been able to call her my friend.

I extend my love and prayers to her family and friends.

We will always remember Jane as a southern lady who welcomed us when we moved to Virginia in 1985, who introduced us to the work of the Gloucester Mathews Humane Society, and whose love for all animals inspired many to take up their cause. She will be missed.
