Not sure what to say?

I am sorry to be writing so late. We were just talking about Jane Ray and Dit and so I Googled Jane Ray and saw her obituary.

Jane Ray hosted the wedding shower for my wife Marcia (Grone) Sansom at her home in the summer of 1982. Both my grandmother and Marcia's grandmother were able to attend. Jane Ray and Dit were always very nice to me growing up, but we will never forget her hospitality and generosity in hosting that shower and all the nice gifts we received. I'm sure many others...

I love you momma...

So very sorry to hear about your mom. She and your dad, were special to us in so many ways. Sorry we cannot be there to today, but your are in our hearts and prayers.

My kids still ask for "Jane Ray" cake every time we are together.

Love to you all,

Larry and Diane

You know she was ready to go but it is still hard to say "goodbye". We will be thinking of you tomorrow during the service. So sorry we can't be there with you. May God bless you with comfort from above. Marilyn and Leon

Angela, Robbie and family; Our most sincere condolences with the loss of your mom. It's times like these when our christian faith helps us through, knowing God's loving arms are wrapped around her!

I hope remembering the good times will help your hurting hearts and the healing can begin.

May God continue to Bless.

Your mother will be missed. She was such a sweet person and loved by all who knew her. Our prayers are with you all as you celebrate her life.

She was such a sweet lady. After Debbies' surgery 30? (really?) years ago, when Deb was staying with her and Dit for awhile, I took ice cream to their house because it was something Deb could eat. After that Jane Ray always greeted me with a great big smile and "Ahhh, it's the ice cream lady", and a big hug. That will always be very special to me. Everyone who knew her will always have special memories of her.

Jane Ray,
Your love and friendship has given my struggling life new direction and purpose during this last year of the 65 I have known and admired you. God answered my prayer for you, and through my tears, please know your are with me daily as I walk this life, helping me to brighten the days that others have left here. I love you so!
