Janeen Louise Amey, 37, passed away of a sudden illness and went to be with her Lord and Savior on January 06, 2014. Janeen was born in St. Johnsbury, Vt.. She was formally from Pittsburg, N.H. and lived in Toccoa for 19 years. She attended Pittsburg school for first grade, then Kennett High School in Conway, N.H. She attended Toccoa Falls College in Toccoa, Ga. and earned her Degree in Christian Education, and a minor in Voice. She attended the First Alliance Church in Toccoa and served as Secretary for Woman's Alliance / Women's Conference. Janeen was known for her smile, contagious laughter and beautiful Voice, singing God's praises and touching lives through her God given talents. She truly was a servant of God. The hundreds of testimonials on her Memorial page, on Facebook, represent the many lives she touched. Janeen sang with her Church Choir and Weddings with many beautiful and moving solos. Her love for her family and friends, radiating through her kind, gentle spirit. Janeen was predeceased by her Brother, Eric Amey,on August 21, 1994, Grandparents, Dorothy and Holman Amey and Grampa, Leo locke, SR. She is survived by her parents, Cindy-Lou and John Amey of Pittsburg, N.H.; Debbie and David Brown of Payson, AZ., Grandmother, Louise Locke of Conway, N.H.; brother, Nathaniel Amey of Kadena AFB Okinawa, Japan, Sister, Cayenne Amey and Companion, Lucas Cauller of Colebrook, N.H.; Brother, Micah Amey and his wife, Ashley of Elmendorph-Richardson AFB in Anchorage, Alaska, Stephen Duxbury and his wife, Grace of Keezler AFB in Biloxi, Mississippi, Amanda Marsan of Pittsburg, N.H.; Joe Marsan and his companion Natalie Swain of Colebrook , N.H. and Rachel Marsan of Pease AFB in Portsmouth, N.H. Memorial services will be held at Hilltop Baptist Church 1890 North Road Rte. 160 Cornish, ME. 04020 on January 18th, at 2 P.M. with Uncle Robbie Locke, Pastor officiating. A subsequent Memorial service will be held at First Alliance Church on Sunday, January 26th at 6 PM in Toccoa, Georgia. A final Memorial service and Commital will be held at Indian Stream Cemetery, on Tabor Road Pittsburg, N.H. in the Spring. A Date and time will be announced later. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pittsburg School, C/O Eric Amey's Memorial fund at 12 School St. Pittsburg, N.H. 03592 or Ponderosa Bible Church, C/O Vacation Bible School/Pioneer Clubs Funds. 1800 No. Beeline Hwy.
