I was very happy Janelle was involved in my early years at ACC ( Austin Community College) as one of my tutors. She was always a very positive person to work with. She always had some kind of knowledge to share with me. No matter what the topic was. It was pleasure to have her as a tutor at Austin Community College. Thanks to her and her help I made it through ACC. My thoughts and prayers are with her family at this time.

So glad to have known Janelle and enjoyed the years in the Prince of Peace choir. Her columns in the "Prints of Peace" newsletter were always memorable, hitting the nail on the head! We shared memories of childhood in Rutherford, NJ, all the way out in Houston TX! God, rest her in your peace...

We had some of the best times together. My memories of her will last forever. She was one special lady and a very special friend. I was so blessed to have her in my life almost 13 years. Unbelievable. I want to sit down with some of our St. Ignatius group and write out the memories we had for you and Amy. You will definately have some good laughs and of couse a few tears. I know she is over there looking out for us all.
Much love to all of you, Lisa Parmley

In memory of Janelle Dupont. I feel very fortunate to have known you for the past five years, and to have had you as a mother-in-law. I am so grateful for your kindness, love, and compassion. I always enjoyed asking you questions about a wide variety of topics, and was always so amazed at the breadth of your knowledge.
I am glad that our common roots as Houstonians (and Houston Astros fans) brought our families together.

Janelle had a knack for making friendships that lasted forever, each of them made special by her ability to find the best in us and laugh with us at the less than best. Some of the best memories in my life were with her and I miss her so very much. Amy and Jessica were the lights of her life and for good reason...her daughters have instilled in them the very fine qualities of their Mom. They will always have the gift of her love. And because Janelle was my friend, so will I. What a...
