My sister was not only the best wife , mother .grandmother and Great grand mother and very proud grad from Meridian High School. To me Janet was the best sister anyone could ever have.

We were terribly saddened to hear of Janet's passing. We so looked forward to her visits when her and Bill would come up to their summer home on Oertel Dr. Janet wouuld tell us stories of long ago Oertel Dr. We loved sharing crab my husband would catch with her & Bill. This summer won't be the same without Janet, we will miss her.

Janet was a true and loyal friend of ours for many, many years. We shared many travel trips with and her and Bill - all most enjoyable. She was a wonderful and gracious hostess, a terrific work companion, all-around great person who deeply cared for her family and friends, a person who took in-stride whatever crossed her path. I called her our Nike Girl because she "Just did it" when a new and challenging situation came her way. I will miss her beyond words and we will cherish the memories...
