When my Mom told us kids back in the mid-70's that our Uncle Duane was bringing his girlfriend home to Maine to meet the family, we didn't know what to expect. We'd never met anyone from CT before, and for darn sure had never met a Yankees fan. But she came into our family and we loved her from the first visit. RIP Miss Jan. I´ll miss every time I´d see her, she´d always have a hug and kiss for me. I always remember her extensive frog collection! She is loved by many and will be missed by all. Prayers and condolences to her friends and family.

We are so sorry to hear of Jan's passing. She was such a wonderful to me and more like a brother to my husband Ed. We shall never forget her funny little laugh, her kindness and always there if you needed anything at all. We shall also miss her lotto tickets for our birthdays always. The only saving grace is she is not suffering anymore and now is at rest! Until we meet again, we loved you Janet Billings!
