Not sure what to say?

Dear Gary and Daniel, Mr. Bloch, Jodi and Jeri,

I just received word of Janet's passing through our mutual high school friend, Linda (McKunney) Zimmer. I am heartbroken for your loss and pray that you find comfort in the memories of Janet's enthusiastic and passionate living. My friendship with her is one I have carriend in my heart since we met in 10th grade and I will continue to keep thoughts of her with me always. My love and prayers go with you each.....Geri (Calder) Fiore

Dear Ralph, Jodi, Jeri, Gary & Daniel –

Please accept my heartfelt condolences for your loss. Like Sue, I had last spoken to Janet when she called to tell us about June. While we have been separated by distance and time, I have only the warmest memories of your entire family from our early days together in Chicago.

It’s hard to believe that it’s been almost 20 years since we got together with all of you in Pennsylvania and Connecticut during the summer of 1987. It felt like...

To Ralph, Jodi, Jeri, Gary & Daniel,
I was so sorry to read about Janet's death. The last time we had talked was when she told me about June. I have so many fond memories of her especially those many times I slept over when we were children.
We kept in touch till the last several years, but all of you were thought of quite often. I'm just so sorry you had to lose two great, warm and caring, people in a fairly short period of time.

I hope that your memories of Janet, help to...

Janet and I met through Gary when he worked for BSA in Chicopee, MA. before Daniel was born. Gary said, "You have to meet my wife, you'll just love her!" and I did.

My family and I had the honor of being her adopted family when she was away from Pa. When she had Daniel I became an adopted "Auntie".

My heart broke when she left Ma. but, here we are 19 years later and we remained friends.

She will always have a special place in my heart as will Gary and Daniel. ...

It is so hard to think of Janet having moved on. I hope that all of those who loved her can think often of her bubbly personality and how important her special people were to her. She remains in our thoughts and we wish her family much comfort at this time.

I grew up in the house next door to Janet. I remember years of fun and good times. Janet and I spent endless hours teasing my brother and her sisters. She was a great neighbor and friend and brought so much joy to all of us. My deepest sympathies go out to Daniel and Gary and the entire Bloch family. We will all miss Janet very much.

We lived in the next house to the Bloch's in Chicago for only 12 years, but soon became like one family. That did not change when they moved to Philadelphia. Janet was a smart, funny, and lovable child, and matured into a fine young woman. Our thoughts and love go out to Gary, Daniel and the Bloch family for their loss. Remember the good times and may Janet rest in peace. Aunt Edye and Uncle Saul

I have fond memories of Janet and the fun we shared at Warren and Bowen. I hope you can find comfort in knowing how much you loved each other and in your memories together.
Deb (Quiroz) Weil.

Janet was my friend for over 40 years, and I will miss her and never forget her.
